Coach Githinji
Coached cross country for 29 years in Mombasa
- 🇰🇪 Mombasa, Mombasa, Kenya
- Redwood Swimming Club
- Since 1997
- English, Spanish
For 29 years I've run the cross country program at Redwood Swimming Club in Mombasa. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

What gifts mean to Coach Githinji: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
