Coach Gita

Youth cross country coach and mentor

  • 🇮🇩 Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia
  • Bekasi Boxing Gym
  • Since 1979
  • English, Indonesian
For 47 years I've run the cross country program at Bekasi Boxing Gym in Bekasi. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.

More about Coach Gita

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Gita: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
