Coach Girish
Rowing and fitness coach, Nagpur
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Nagpur Baobab Football Club
- Since 2006
- English, Gujarati
For 20 years I've run the rowing program at Nagpur Baobab Football Club in Nagpur. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Coach Girish
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Girish: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
