Coach Girish
Youth swimming coach and mentor
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Community Club
- 1978 to 1994
- English, Marathi
I coached swimming at Mumbai Community Club from 1978 to 1994. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learned every name in the first week.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
