- Maringá Rosewood Youth Club
- Since 1992

I've coached rowing at Maringá Rosewood Youth Club since 1992. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.
