I'm a chess coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 810 kids fall in love with the game.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Coach Gerardo
If you played for me, you probably remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
What gifts mean to Coach Gerardo: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

You coached me in 2007. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Hamilton.
