Coach Gerardo

I've coached cycling at San Cristóbal de las Casas Athletic Club since 2003. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

I still think about the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Fortaleza.
