I'm a chess coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 430 kids fall in love with the game.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Gerald
If you played for me, you probably remember the long bus ride home.
What gifts mean to Coach Gerald: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
