Coach Gerald
Youth badminton coach and mentor
- 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Manila Community Club
- 2016 to 2024
- English, Filipino
I coached badminton at Manila Community Club from 2016 to 2024. Most of my players were between 9 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I answered every email, even at midnight.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

What gifts mean to Coach Gerald: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

I still think about the day the fire alarm went off during the exam. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Cluj-Napoca.
