Coach Georgios
Youth chess coach and mentor
- 🇬🇷 Athens, Attica, Greece
- Athens Athletic Club
- Since 1991
- English
I've coached chess at Athens Athletic Club since 1991. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm still learning every day.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
