I've coached football at Abuja Football Club since 1984. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
