Coach Gareth
Coached rugby for eleven years in Durban
- 🇿🇦 Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa
- Durban Hillcrest Swimming Club
- 1980 to 1991
- English, Zulu
For eleven years I ran the rugby program at Durban Hillcrest Swimming Club in Durban. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
