Coach Gamze
Chess and fitness coach, Üsküdar
- 🇹🇷 Üsküdar, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Üsküdar Bamboo Boxing Gym
- 1989 to 2024
- English
For 35 years I ran the chess program at Üsküdar Bamboo Boxing Gym in Üsküdar. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Gamze
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Gamze: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
