Coach Galina
Chess and fitness coach, Kyiv
- 🇺🇦 Kyiv, Kyiv, Ukraine
- Elmwood Boxing Gym
- Since 1995
- English, Ukrainian
I've coached chess at Elmwood Boxing Gym since 1995. Most of my players were between 11 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

I still think about the quiz night we nearly won. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Coventry.
