Coach Gabriel
Youth cricket coach and mentor
- 🇧🇷 Contagem, Minas Gerais, Brazil
- Contagem Community Club
- Since 2006
- Portuguese
I've coached cricket at Contagem Community Club since 2006. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Gabriel
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Gabriel: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
