Coach Fumiko
Basketball coach, Bamboo Swimming Club
- 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
- Bamboo Swimming Club
- 2005 to 2019
- Japanese
For 14 years I ran the basketball program at Bamboo Swimming Club in Shinjuku. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
