For 14 years I've run the wrestling program at Tarkwa Phoenix Athletic Club in Tarkwa. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Coach Frank
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
What gifts mean to Coach Frank: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
