I've coached athletics at Mthatha Atlas Youth Club since 2018. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

What gifts mean to Coach Francois: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
