Coach Francis
Coached netball for 20 years in Cape Coast
- 🇬🇭 Cape Coast, Central, Ghana
- Cape Coast Athletic Club
- 2005 to 2025
- English
For 20 years I ran the netball program at Cape Coast Athletic Club in Cape Coast. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
