Coach Folake
Youth martial arts coach and mentor
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Crown Boxing Gym
- Since 1979
- English
I've coached martial arts at Crown Boxing Gym since 1979. Most of my players were between 9 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.

What gifts mean to Coach Folake: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
