Coach Florence
Gymnastics and fitness coach, Likoni
- 🇰🇪 Likoni, Mombasa, Kenya
- Likoni Greenfield Swimming Club
- 1988 to 2014
- English
For 26 years I ran the gymnastics program at Likoni Greenfield Swimming Club in Likoni. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
More about Coach Florence
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
