I coached hockey at Sunrise Swimming Club from 1989 to 2018. Most of my players were between 8 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
What gifts mean to Coach Fernanda: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
