For 34 years I've run the volleyball program at Maple Ridge Boxing Gym in Cox's Bazar. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I'm still learning every day.
