Coach Farhana
Chess and fitness coach, Dhaka
- 🇧🇩 Dhaka, Dhaka, Bangladesh
- Elmwood Football Club
- Since 1981
- English, Bengali
For 45 years I've run the chess program at Elmwood Football Club in Dhaka. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
More about Coach Farhana
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Farhana: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
