I've coached volleyball at Mohammedia Beacon Sports Club since 1998. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
