I coached cricket at Feira de Santana Community Club from 1985 to 2008. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm still learning every day.

If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
