For 39 years I've run the wrestling program at Highland Athletic Club in Los Angeles. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

You taught us how to lose properly. Worth more than any trophy! Greetings from Semarang.
