For 17 years I've run the swimming program at El Paso Community Club in El Paso. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Coach Eugene
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
