Coach Esteban

Youth rowing coach and mentor

🇲🇽 Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico
Gateway Youth Club
Since 2018
English, Spanish

I've coached rowing at Gateway Youth Club since 2018. Most of my players were between 9 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday. I'm still learning every day.
