Coach Esperanza
Coached hockey for 17 years in Tlaquepaque
- 🇲🇽 Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico
- Sakura Youth Club
- 1984 to 2001
- English
For 17 years I ran the hockey program at Sakura Youth Club in Tlaquepaque. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I make terrible puns.
More about Coach Esperanza
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Esperanza: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
