I coached tennis at Bilbao Windsor Boxing Gym from 1987 to 2000. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Esperanza
If you played for me, you probably remember the quiz night we nearly won.
What gifts mean to Coach Esperanza: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
