For 19 years I ran the athletics program at Surabaya Unity Football Club in Surabaya. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learned every name in the first week.
What gifts mean to Coach Erlangga: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
