Coach Emmanuel
Youth boxing coach and mentor
- 🇵🇭 Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines
- Parkside Football Club
- Since 2001
- English
I've coached boxing at Parkside Football Club since 2001. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

I still think about the end-of-term party. Best summer of my life. Greetings from Montpellier.
