Wrestling and fitness coach, Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles Youth Club
- Since 1978

For 48 years I've run the wrestling program at Los Angeles Youth Club in Los Angeles. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.
More about Coach Emily
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Emily: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
