Coach Emeka
Coached martial arts for 32 years in Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Central Boxing Gym
- Since 1994
- English, Yoruba, French
For 32 years I've run the martial arts program at Central Boxing Gym in Lagos. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Coach Emeka: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
