Coach Eliane
Rowing and fitness coach, Curitiba
- 🇧🇷 Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil
- Silverlake Sports Club
- 1989 to 2000
- English
I coached rowing at Silverlake Sports Club from 1989 to 2000. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Eliane
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Eliane: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
