I've coached martial arts at Miami Swimming Club since 2005. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
