Coach Elena
Rowing and fitness coach, Vigo
- 🇪🇸 Vigo, Galicia, Spain
- Vigo Athletic Club
- 1985 to 2020
- Spanish, English
I coached rowing at Vigo Athletic Club from 1985 to 2020. Most of my players were between 9 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Elena
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Elena: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
