Youth badminton coach and mentor

- Since 1999
- English, Filipino, French
For 27 years I've run the badminton program at Greenfield Youth Club in Caloocan. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
