Coach Edson
Chess coach, Harbor Community Club
- 🇧🇷 Maringá, Paraná, Brazil
- Harbor Community Club
- Since 2004
- English, Portuguese, Spanish
For 22 years I've run the chess program at Harbor Community Club in Maringá. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

If you played for me, you probably remember the surprise birthday cake.
What gifts mean to Coach Edson: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

You coached me in 2010. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Gliwice.
