Coach Edgardo
Youth rowing coach and mentor
- 🇵🇭 Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Quezon City Kingsway Youth Club
- Since 1988
- English, Filipino
For 38 years I've run the rowing program at Quezon City Kingsway Youth Club in Quezon City. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
More about Coach Edgardo
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Edgardo: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
