For eleven years I've run the cricket program at Belfast Community Club in Belfast. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Coach Dustin
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Dustin: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
