For 40 years I've run the cricket program at Cape Town Andes Football Club in Cape Town. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Dumisani
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
