Coach Dola
Youth boxing coach and mentor
- 🇧🇩 Bogra, Rajshahi, Bangladesh
- Sunrise Boxing Gym
- 1988 to 2004
- English, Bengali
I coached boxing at Sunrise Boxing Gym from 1988 to 2004. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Dola
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
