For ten years I've run the chess program at Lapu-Lapu Football Club in Lapu-Lapu. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
