For eleven years I've run the boxing program at Montego Bay Mount Pleasant Youth Club in Montego Bay. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
More about Coach Desmond
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Coach Desmond: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
