Coach Derek
Cycling coach, Jacksonville Community Club

I've coached cycling at Jacksonville Community Club since 1997. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I'm always reading two books at once.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Coach Derek: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
