Coach Derek
Athletics and fitness coach, Sheffield
- 🇬🇧 Sheffield, England, United Kingdom
- Sheffield Swimming Club
- Since 2000
- English
For 26 years I've run the athletics program at Sheffield Swimming Club in Sheffield. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
