I coached swimming at Gateway Football Club from 1997 to 2017. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
What gifts mean to Coach Daria: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
