Coach Danjuma
Coached rugby for 25 years in Gwagwalada
- 🇳🇬 Gwagwalada, Abuja FCT, Nigeria
- Highland Youth Club
- 1982 to 2007
- English, Hausa, French
I coached rugby at Highland Youth Club from 1982 to 2007. Most of my players were between 8 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
